YWLC’25 convened over 1,000 women aged 21–35 for a two-day leadership and innovation summit. The conference featured expert-led sessions, business clinics, digital literacy workshops, and access to mentorship and career opportunities. Through partnerships with organizations like Matrix Energy, WEMA Bank, GIG, and NCC, participants received access to internships, scholarships, and business support. A key highlight was the unveiling of the LaunchPad Innovation Fund — a ₦75 million initiative backed by NUPRC and SEC to support women-led ideas and startups.
